We have been using Titan Lien Services for the past five years.  When Jill Smith walked me through her web based program she said it would always be easy to load new jobs and customer info, after that her system would remember the customer, builder, owner, bank etc.   I can tell you with her system it takes a matter of 2-3 minutes to complete a Pre Lien.  If you need to file a Lien they can have it complete in a matter of a few days.  To date we have had to file only one Lien, with the strength of Titans staff we were able to collect the monies due within 45 days of filing the Lien, including all the cost associated.  All without the use of a collection Attorney.  I have talked with quite a few companies since; when I tell them we use Titan they understand why we will not be willing to change. ~Glenn Miller
